Kathleen graduated from UC Santa Barbara and was licensed in 1987. Her career spans multiple real-estate disciplines, including twenty years as a top producing mortgage broker and real estate investor. Her successes include the design, development, management and sale of luxury and income properties in Marin, Sonoma and San Francisco counties. Kathleen is a member of the TOP Agent Network and Marin Platinum Group, exclusive networks of the Top Agents in Marin County. As a Mill Valley native and nineteen-year Belvedere resident, Kathleen’s heart has always belonged to Marin. Together with their sons, they enjoy hiking, mountain biking, sailing, skiing and being home!
